While I generally agree Locust Injection kinda throws a wrench in Abby's strat, you can use the locusts themselves as bait for you toxic nests too. Great in a pinch.
Interesting rapid fire, it really makes a big difference. Though I'm reluctant to modify the game files manually. I think a good solution might be just to set the ability button to space bar, so you just hold down the ability plus space bar and move the cursor to rapid fire. Should be nearly identical just maybe a few milliseconds slower to activate on the fly. EDIT: I don't think it will work, since key repeats will only occur for the second key that was pressed down. I went ahead to edit the hotkey file to set rapid fire for all alphabet keys. I can't wait to try it out!
To clarify for anyone in the future, editing the hotkey file is nothing more as if you were changing hotkeys ingame except without being limited by GUI. It's perfectly safe and within ToS.

You can micro the locus to other nests
insteaddd of rapid fire i just use aa macro on my mouse xD lol
