I think he is a human voice over artist… I am thinking he is the blind guy but I am not sure (legally blind, not quite totally). Got a few bucks, send him a script and he will read it for you. 😊
@pink_chook Maksim Sulimau is the owner/creator of the channel. On rare occasions you see him on here. The voice is not his voice but a voice actor that he hires. I have also heard the voice actor on a few channels.
