yeah , i mean really he’s the victim here , the mayor was the one who forced him to build the amusement park in such a short time , maybe if he wasn’t pressured and built it in enough time , lucy wouldn’t have died and he wouldn’t have gone crazy..

He used unreal unlocker! He just summoned the items and starts using them.
