    In your previous videos UNDERSTANDING PU FOAM FORMULATION PART 1-4 There Isn't any of them that you taught as how PPHP of any density is derive from. Again is there any formula to check weather PPHP of any Density is given is correct. Or is it always advice to use MCL & S.O PPHP relations video and others as terms of references.     What’s (pphp) means?

      Say you have prepared a cocktail by mixing 200 litres of water with 50 litres of Coke plus 60 litres of Sprite plus 150 litres of lemon juice.
      #Divide 200 liters of water into 100 parts equally which is equal 2 liters each,
      When you divide 50 litres of Coke by 2 you get 25 parts
      When you divide 60 litres of Sprite by 2 you get 30 parts
      When you divide 150 litres of Lemon juice by 2 you get 75 parts
      So you would say a formulation for your favourite cocktail is,
      100 parts of water mixed with
      + 25 parts of Coke per hundred parts of water + 30 parts of Sprite per hundred parts of water + 75 parts of lemon juice per hundred parts of water .
      This is pph ( parts per hundred)
      But pphp is parts per hundred parts of Polyol in polyurethane foam formulation.

    in your pu guide fundamentals level one rule no3 and i quote UNLIMITED WATER LEVEL SHOULD NEVER EXCEED 5,2 PPHP EVEN WHEN MORE THAN 5.95 OF MCL IS ADDED TO THE FORMULATION but in your this and last video 10 density and 10.5 density water level exceeds 5.2 pphp your mcl is 20 pphp .can you explains into more details before i formulate my 10 density for real

      Hi, You are very right. I can simply say THE OLD RULES HAS BEEN RE-WRITTEN and maybe no limit of water who knows.
      (the former rule is correct but was based on old knowledge of foaming, the later is correct too but based on new research knowledge of foaming)

      @@twistedtvgh901 Researchers are coming up with new ideas everytime and therefore flexibility is needed to absorb and adopt it. At the end of the day discipline in foam production is needed to choose the rules or the density of Foam to make. Long before 10 density used to be the least foam density but today people are making density 4 or 5 foam

      I really appreciate your work. Can you pls tell me if its possible to make density 4 or 5 on the continuous slabstock machine or it's only possible in box foaming ?

      There is nothing impossible but I don't have that formulation
      Advice: - use conventional polyol not polymer polyol and you may need to make the correct choice of catalysts and silicone surfactant/additives
