That's something I've noticed about the way female leads sing songs in Persona. Some the pronunciation isn't her fault, some of it is the lyrics themselves. Like 'devouring' at 2:52 is a good example. In order to sing with good technique, she has to pronounce it 'devooring' because the 'ou' sound puts your voice in the back of your throat. Kinda the same thing going on with 'shapeshifter' in 'Beneath the mask'.
+The Dark Hour I like jazz to the heavy guitar amplifier on the bridge, if that's what you mean. it actually reminds me a bit of the casa nova style now that I think about the percussion's rhythm and transitions. like where the kicks are, the way the rims are set on the symbol and the counter melody and stuff. neat
