I’m using two 12 volt pumps one is 1250 gph for the grizzly box and a 1750 gph for the suction hole. So all of this is experimental at this time l. I will be making more videos on this project as soon as the water warms up.
I don’t know yet, the last time I tried it I had the water jet in the wrong location, I have corrected that but have not tried it because the water was getting to cold in get in. Just waiting on warm weather to get started on this project again.
That thing will flipp around as soon as you put it on the water... First thing you need when building a dredge is a working jet, than you do the rest..
Brilliant! DIY. Love self builds.
Love it! Good luck will be intersted in seeing how it runs when its in the water!
nice idea let's see it in action
I am working on it now, hope to have an updated video in a few days. Thanks for watching

Blige pumps don’t have pressure to run a dredge jet, they loose even more the higher they have to pump.
I would try a spa pump with a 56v motor.
The whole thing will turn around anyway, the pontoon is a joke
What motor/ pump are you using?

@@79customjigs do you get enough suction to get a good amount of gravel sucked up?
