Im from pangpanga the birth place of sisig. nothing can beat bet the original. Kay aling lusing sisig. if it's from pangpanga it's not authentic. r.i.p aling lusing.
Utak naman talaga ang pang pa creamy ng sisig. Pero hinde naman madali kumuha ng maraming utak para sa dami ng resto na nag seserve ng sisig. Kaya itlog saka mayo ang naging alternative nila.

@@matheyow3444 spent six months there and yes there ya go though usually they give you the raw egg on top and I mixed it in on the sizzling skillet it is served on. It was my fav fily food
