I think this is a brush that is made of a cat fur. It is typical for Petrykivka Art to use this brush. Maybe some elements (like petals of the flowers) are performed with a round brush, but the thin lines, the elements that looks like fish scales and grass are made with a cat brush. The great news - there is no need to kill a cat to get this brush. ) And it has to be an ordinary cat - nothing fancy. )
