To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.

This is nothing but pure wisdom being thought; it is raw knowledge, and if one had been awakened, this wisdom would have been so easy to practice. thank you so much for this beautiful video. I turned off all my notifications and am on a journey of detoxification. xoxo

The wisdom imparted to me from watching these videos on a consistent basis reinforces me to think before I act and so many other virtues. I've struggled, sort to make a decision to not work at a fast food restaurant anymore. It's a conflict of interest because healthy eating habits don't come from eating their food. I need to always "Say what I mean and mean what I say". I will leave a legacy of trust and inspiration. Applying these principles helps me today and tomorrow. 11:05
