If you don’t end up making it to their house by August when the baby is due, you could always do it virtually like TheSorryGirls have done. You could plan it all out for them and have them get materials they can but then you make the DIY‘s and meet them to deliver them! Give them step-by-steps on how to put the room together. You can make it work no matter what! We believe in you Mr. Kate & Joey!!!
I don’t know. I don’t think it will be possible. The cool diy structure wall would have to be done by them. I think they should just both families do a complete quarantine for 2 weeks or if they have been already been doing that than perfect. They can have stuff delivered to house then stay in their guest room until done
I'm sure the baby won't notice his parents have spent $1000s on his room. Just put up the crib and changing table and rocking chair, and wait until it's safe to do the decorating.

I was told I had arthritis when I was 32. I honestly think it was missed long before I was your age. Every time I complained to my pediatrician that my legs and back hurt, he just dismissed it as 'growing pains'.

You should do a painting of a daddy and baby animal playing soccer. Also I have seen great option for a sandbox using a small camping tent so baby gets shade and you can close it up at night so critters dont get in the sand
