The moment I saw patharphool in your recipe I knew it was someone who knew the real deal. I use jaiphal as well and coriander seeds. If you could share the name of your grinder. Much impressed seems like has a great motor.... Awesome job

Thank you very much, you really go to length taking care even of minutest if detail. You got it down to a science. Thank you a lot. Just a small request, please, when you mention in ingredient list like table/ teaspoon, at times some spices are hard to be measured in Table/ teaspoon quantities or when in number, the could be bigger or smaller and definately will alter the taste profile and the next batch would not be the same. So very kindly, if possible, whatever quantity you deem appropriate, please also mention in Grams. I am very excited about the different Zeera category video, I always had this confusion, thanks. Please also mention the English names too because at times Shah Zeera is also mentioned as Caraway Seed, at times Zeeri etc. But I know you will shed light and make clear. I come from Lucknow, and you know how they are, you have your family roots there, I am glad. Please, these are my humble and genuine requests. Thanks.
Thanks sir, waiting for the video on zeera vs shah zeera VS kala zeera. It is confusing mostly because I think there's a clash in the nomenclature which is further aggravated by differences in how people in different parts of the world have accepted what to call what.
