Great video; when using a bending iron how do you reduce the “Wobbliness” of the sides and how do you maintain that flat “square” face. I find even if I put the sides in the mould right after I bend them, they have a tendency to want to warp back. I usually bend my sides at 2-2.2 mm with 1.7 mm at the waist

TBH i've stopped using bending iron and now use a 'fox bender' its much easier and more precise. But as to the spring back... you need to get them in the mould and leave them in there clamped in place... usually for a few hrs after the bending iron. It can help to lightly spritz them when in the mould and gently reheat them with a heat gun. Don't get too close and feel with your hand... carful not to burn them, but they should be too hot to touch really. Then let them cool. completely... best left over night to let the wood relax. Spring back is inevitable... thats why we use spreaders in the mould until the back is glued on.
