Very useful, I had no idea what to do when there are dependent and independent sources in a circuit for Thevenin equivalent, but now I realized how simple it is. Thank you
I wonder why the results are same even if I take the currents in the same direction on 2 ohm res for node 1 and node 2 (while calculating the R th with test source)
Here you said that Test source method will only be applied when there is no independent source. But in this circuit there is an independent current source. And you applied test source method.
This one must be useful for everyone. Please watch carefully.

Thanks from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, Bangladesh
I love his accent lol, it keeps me awake
Thank you Sir you are the best!!!

if resistor of this circuit is kilo ohm and dependent source supplies 0.003Vo current what will be the Pmax?
it was a helpful tutorial.thanks

Aren't V1 & Vx in opposite direction?
Thankyou very much. I would appreciate if you would be writing and a bit slow. You are too fast sir.
Why you do not use the méthode of Os of courant source and sc for the voltages
Please clear me when we will use test source??
check dc circuit playlist

At 4:45 min, can you find Norton current to calculate Rth? First answer, then I will answer your question
4.45 of this video? If not please give the title of that video.
Please don't be bored on my frequent reply.
how did you remove the current source although it's a source not a resistance so it provide us with current please answer
When did I remove CS here?
EE Academy i mean u did not use I(s.c) method cause u said that the resistance and the dependent source will be removed
Yes, and it worked. The best way to verify is to check the given reference
I wonder how many UJ Electrontechnics students are watching this
Sir how can we know that we have to put a test voltage or current source
Check the first five minutes of this video. You will get your answer
ruclips.net/video/Otbiw5DFnrM/видео.html
very nice video sir
can we use 1A as test source
Yes, you can. In that case, you have to find voltage
Why didn't you use the short circuit method exactly? Can you use it here?
We cannot use a SC here. If you short a-b path, you will short across the dependent current source, so use test source method
Thank you.
Khudi pdhao khud hi smgho
Guru ji thoda Hindi me bhi lecture de disya karo
Thankyou very much. I would appreciate if you would be writing and a bit slow. You are too fast sir.
