Got mine installed. Geez was it difficult to get my hands in there to make the connections. I have to press 3 times for it to remote start. Is that a fault?

Got mine ordered. Certainly hope it works as claimed.
I like it. Wife hates it. She says it remote starts randomly without pushing any buttons on the fob.
