Hi, You upload very informative and easy-to-understand videos. I just wanted to know if you can upload a tutorial for subtracting to volumes of two different scans Thanks in advance Keep up the good work
Thanks for the kind words. I replied to you in the thread on 3D Slicer discourse: discourse.slicer.org/t/subtracting-volumes-from-two-different-scans/17580/2
Hi, thanks for your comment. As far as I know there is no such tool available in Slicer. I would encourage you to ask the specific question at Slicer discourse forum (discourse.slicer.org) where Slicer developers can ask any new questions etc. However, if you are looking for a tool that can classify images and automatically tell if they have / do not have motion artifacts, Slicer will most likely not be helpful. For classification like that you should look into machine learning algorithms, but that is pretty complex and not available as a software.
Amazing tutorial. Great work!
This is really great job! I've learned and learning a lot...Thank you!
You are my savior
Wonderful videos, thank you for sharing tons of information in simple language

Thank you for uploading wonderful videos. Is there any tool that can detect motion artefact in slicer program?

@@janwitowski Thank you for your sincere response!!
Mógłby Pan wkleić link z tymi skrótami i kodami, z którego Pan korzystał? Dziękuję :)
Cześć, o jakie skróty/kody chodzi? Masz na myśli skróty klawiaturowe?
Chodzi mi dokładnie o stronę internetową, która Pan pokazuje na początku filmu 😊
