I maintain an attitude of listening (and feeling). I'm very sensitive to energy and vibration. I don't really need to know specific entities. I just need the right nudging, "bottom lining it" in going from point A->B. I see these nudging and feelings as "sprit" (and guidance). For detailed and technical things (e.g., legal, financial, ...) I still use the mind quite a bit. Very "data driven". Very analytical. Ask what does the evidence say (as opposed to my preconceptions). But I also ask how does it "feel" overall. The best situation is when logic and intuition agree.

I have been recently noticing a shift in communication and the idea of unity consciousness has lowered my anxiety lol I also see a white feather fall out of nowhere as well! I said out loud to my spirit guides that I give them permission to intervene in my life as they see fit. I have lamps in the room that look like mini chandeliers, and the one next to me was swinging back and forth creating rainbows on the ceiling. I have 3 of these lamps, but only the one right next to me was moving and dancing. I'm so grateful that I noticed it. Brought tears to my eyes.

Dear Christina. When I thank my guides for just being there with me, I almost always receive recognition. Last Sunday I helped out with an event for dogs and their human companions in a nearby wooded area. Bad weather was forecasted. After setting up I thanked my guides and asked them for their assistance to make it a great day. There was no wind that morning, but a rustling of the leaves up in the crowns of the trees told me that they heard me. It was very reassuring. As soon as the rallye finished and the winners were presented with their prizes, the weather changed as if a switch was activated. It was a wonderful experience.
Sometimes it takes being at a low to fully comprehend the power the universe holds. I made a move out of nowhere after my mother's passing a couple years ago now, and it seems like every day i feel like this move will falter has shown guidance in the form of a whole assortment of signs. Animals showing up and being calm around me, random people showing up and mentioning something that correlates, certain events that take place with no rhyme or reason other than a mind blast. My biggest flaw leading up to recently has been trying to push the envelope (ambition) even further by forcing the matter versus practicing patience. I just learned of spirit guides reading one evening and the next morning as I was coming out into my yard I saw a UNUSUALLY BEAUTIFUL WHITE FEATHER ON THE GROUND. I immediately thank my guode and kept the feather. It was unusual for this area. Probably an OWL FATHER.

It’d been a week since a large eagle flew in front of my car, carrying a long strip of bark. I get up and take your “permission” suggestion. I step out on my back porch to wordlessly meditate. Lo, there’s a tiny fox staring at me below my little deck. It paused in fear but relaxed when I sat down. I know they speak to my subconscious. My guide come through synchronicity a lot although I don't understand fully about number synchronicity. Whatever I have question in my mind, it come to show me on youtube or through advertisement, or the answer pop up directly into my mind. I always sense the invisible force around me to protect me and get curious about that. I really want to see his/ her face and begged them to let me see their face. On the way back home, I saw one face appeared in a layer of middle air near the bell tower of a church. My spirit guides talk to me through dreams & they introduced themselves in 2008. They even told me, I have this incredible gift of cleansing souls through sea salt baths & lighting candles. Having spiritual guides is an interesting experience in African spirituality, and in my personal experience - since I have a hybrid spiritual belief system - combining meditation & breath work with African spiritual practices has really helped me get increasingly connected as I journey further into spiritual exploration. I said my thanks to my spirit guides yesterday night before i slept. Have been going through an arduous healing journey for my cancer (refused conventional treatment and switched up my diet, positive thoughts, Reiki etc). I asked them to show themselves to me in my dreams or through any other means as I wanted to have a relationship with them. Then I dreamt of many frames of dreams and in 1 of them, the number 5050 strikes out. I could still remember it so vividly and in that dream, I was conscious of the fact that it is a message from my spirit guides. When I woke up, I went to look up the meaning and it said that the angels wanted to reassure me for my bravery and hard work, I was so touched and encouraged by that kind messages. I do concentrate living in the moment. It's amazing what we can do when we pay attention. Once, I was walking on a fairly cold day, winter was approaching, I was speaking to my spirit guides and wanting a bit of, are you listening, at that moment a small yellow butterfly was leading my path, as I walked along this butterfly was low and in front of my every step. It was very comforting to say the least. We all know it's out of the norm to see a butterfly that time of year! So very cool PS always be grateful!!

I have a whole funny ass spirit team... like we play and joke a lot xo I’ve been laughing out a lot too lately, like everyone is just fun. Xo today I was asking them about their gender. And they were like nah we don’t fuck with gender😂, we are non gender conforming, you know that made me to really question my own gender...and at the end of that whole meeting and conversation section with them all.. I realized something about myself today, which I will share someday. I Am really proud of myself that I am just doing all of this without any formal knowledge, I do something today.. tomorrow I come across a proof that I am on the right track. Hi Christina, thanks for this valuable information. You made me realize how i always connected with my spirit guides. I never thought i was communicating with my spirit guides but now, i know i am. At the middle of the video, i stopped it and went to the my meditative state. I asked a lot of questions like "are there any one guiding me". At first i thought there wasn't any one but suddenly i feel a spike in my energy centers, in my spine, head, legs, arms and in every point of my body. This was never like my other experiences. The energy that flows through my body was too much than usual. And at that point i knew i was communicating with my spirit guides. And the communication with him was not akin to any usual communication way. I wasn't using words, neither sounds. I so relate to this, I love getting signs, when my beautiful son left this world he left me dimes to help me, or just to let me know he was their until I lost my daughter, he stayed behind for 10 years and was their when she left this world and only got a few after she left ...I miss feeling him around me, now I don't feel him around so much, but is ok cause I know she was suffering tremendously and he was there for her. Thank you this was so helpful. For a very long time I felt so over whelmed with emotions. I have been in rooms and I have had to run because I felt dizzy and not well. It has been a lot better and its funny because just how you explain in your video about Empaths, I wondered how can it be posible for me to be so weak their has to be a way for me to over come “fear” so I told myself I was stronger and it has worked. I have times when I am with certain people and the energy is just amazing and I take it in. I’m not 100% sure that I am an Empath but I find that I resonate so much with these videos. When I had my spirit guides (17) years ago, I wanted to have an out of body experience and he told me that he could help with that but I had to ask him to help. (He literally pulled me out of my body) This was before I was exposed to any books or computers or anything on the topic. I find it crazy that Christina just spoke of having free will and having to ask... I've had 2 OBE as a child under the age 7. Like you I was never INTRODUCED or knew anything about it. I'm 38 now. No one believes me! I told my family... Only my grandma BELIEVED me. She had VISIONS in her sleep about horrible crashes like a plane or train. She would jump out of bed turn on the news, and there it always was... A bad crash with a plane. I saw it for myself as a VERY young child. But no understanding of her actions or thoughts then. My body was paralyzed and I woke up in bed... I (my soul\spirit) was on the ceiling looking down at me, myself in my bed. The door was open in the bedroom... My spirit\soul kind of nodded at my body as if it was motioning me to get up and leave the room with it... My body was unable to move, follow my spirit\soul as I watched it turn to exit the bedroom... and then just like that, went RIGHT back into me as if I pulled\grabbed it with my mind! It looked Like I TOOK a huge inhalation of smoke. Then all of a sudden I was able to sit up and move. I then tried to walked out of the room and could not pass through the doorway and went back to sleep. I see it in my mind's eye CLEAR AS DAY STILL. I KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT THIS HAPPENED. IT'S THE SAME EVERY TIME I SPEAK OF IT TO THIS DAY! My other one is ALSO like that but much more scary to tell others. No one BELIEVES me. WHERE and HOW would I know and get this information? My family does BELIEVE her but not me? Also it was a multi-generational HOME. I have been getting VISIONS of the future my entire life... But I can never see HOW FAR AHEAD! How do I harness this for more accurate timing? Deja vu everyday several times a day SINCE a child. RIGHT now VISIONS, as well daily. (I just got deja vu)!! NOW, my body feels like electricity is going through me EVERYWHERE. I also have a VERY STRONG HEAT that RADIATES, and people I know feel off of me. so, i never had any direct contact until a few days ago. So, i was in that state of sleep where you are not thinking of anything and are about to fall asleep, when i heard a voice ask me if i could hear it. Of course me being jumpy i quickly wake up and turn on the lights, i didn't get much sleep that night haha. I talked to my friend who is very knowledgeable about this sort of thing, and she said it was probably my spirit guide.

I have been recently awoken so I’m just starting to really communicate with my guides through meditation and I always see the night sky with all these stars and the stars made up a turtle which really confused me at the time . I was like what does a turtle have to do with anything lol couple days later I took your heart test and what pops up at the end . Apparently my results were I was a turtle . Because Its the Familie of a Craw I would like to have a Feder from the Bird. Difficult to get Ofcourse. One day I came from my work at Home wanted to Open the Front door, looking at my doormat and what I saw amazed me. A Feder of the Magpie between my Doormat and the Frontdoor. So Beautifull Black and White. I thanked the Spirit World and the Magpie. It was like magic.

My personal everyday routine: I do invocations (invocing spiritual light, this is a very powerful practice) and prayers, for about an hour or more during the day. To come into balance and connect with my physical body I do light yoga-exercises in the morning before breakfast. Also I attend various yoga classes throughout the week. I've had some beautiful experiences, but the one that stood out for me was when l walked the Camino Santiago pilgrimage trail last August. That morning l was asking my spirit guides for guidance and strength throughout my journey. l worried about not being able to walk long distances because l suffer with an Autoimmune disease. The day l was about to set off from Baiona, a beautiful fishing village in northwestern Spain, l was having breakfast and as l looked down l saw a beautiful white feather sitting on my back pack. I was indoors and there were no birds in sight, so l knew straight away that was their beautiful message. Throughout the 138 kilometers of this amazing journey l can say that l probably wouldn't have made it if there hadn't of been some people, truly beautiful earth angels and synchronicities that helped me reach my final destination Santiago de Compostela ❤🙏❤
I was guided to your video. I saw the title of it, and it spoke to me, I had to click. This is how communication happens, and it reminded me that I can actually connect with my guides, and ask for guidance or give permission to interfere. EFT cured that... its been nearly 18 years since I was officially cleared of that mental health issue and not had a single flashback, There are more options available now but that is worth a go. I maintain an attitude of listening (and feeling). I'm very sensitive to energy and vibration. I don't really need to know specific entities. I just need the right nudging, "bottom lining it" in going from point A->B. I see these nudging and feelings as "sprit" (and guidance).
For detailed and technical things (e.g., legal, financial, ...) I still use the mind quite a bit. Very "data driven". Very analytical. Ask what does the evidence say (as opposed to my preconceptions). But I also ask how does it "feel" overall. The best situation is when logic and intuition agree.

I said out loud to my spirit guides that I give them permission to intervene in my life as they see fit. I have lamps in the room that look like mini chandeliers, and the one next to me was swinging back and forth creating rainbows on the ceiling. I have 3 of these lamps, but only the one right next to me was moving and dancing. I'm so grateful that I noticed it. Brought tears to my eyes.

I meditate, walk in nature and use tarot cards to connect with my guides. Sometimes I see white feathers in front of me. I can feel their presence around me so I don't feel lonely. Dear Christina. When I thank my guides for just being there with me, I almost always receive recognition. Last Sunday I helped out with an event for dogs and their human companions in a nearby wooded area. Bad weather was forecasted. After setting up I thanked my guides and asked them for their assistance to make it a great day. There was no wind that morning, but a rustling of the leaves up in the crowns of the trees told me that they heard me. It was very reassuring. As soon as the rallye finished and the winners were presented with their prizes, the weather changed as if a switch was activated. It was a wonderful experience.

Sometimes it takes being at a low to fully comprehend the power the universe holds. I made a move out of nowhere after my mother's passing a couple years ago now, and it seems like every day i feel like this move will falter has shown guidance in the form of a whole assortment of signs. Animals showing up and being calm around me, random people showing up and mentioning something that correlates, certain events that take place with no rhyme or reason other than a mind blast. My biggest flaw leading up to recently has been trying to push the envelope (ambition) even further by forcing the matter versus practicing patience. I just learned of spirit guides reading one evening and the next morning as I was coming out into my yard I saw a UNUSUALLY BEAUTIFUL WHITE FEATHER ON THE GROUND. I immediately thank my guode and kept the feather. It was unusual for this area. Probably an OWL FATHER.

Ok, that’s wonderfully odd. I listened to your talk last night and noticed the absence of any animal spirits bringing me messages. It’d been a week since a large eagle flew in front of my car, carrying a long strip of bark. I get up and take your “permission” suggestion. I step out on my back porch to wordlessly meditate. Lo, there’s a tiny fox staring at me below my little deck. It paused in fear but relaxed when I sat down. I know they speak to my subconscious. The message surfaces slowly I’ve learned, from years of being taught by the Native people in my life. Thank you!

Sometimes I smell flowers when they are not present and then hear my guides say my name to see if I hear them, then when confirmed they whisper in my ear. My guide come through synchronicity a lot although I don't understand fully about number synchronicity. Whatever I have question in my mind, it come to show me on youtube or through advertisement, or the answer pop up directly into my mind. I always had a deep knowing that I’m taken care of and THINGS will be fine, even and especially when I make mistakes out of ignorance. I could never connect it and understand why, because my family abused and hurt me... I feel that my guide(s) were taking care of me in place of my immediate family. Being here at this channel feel as all my life was leading up to this, and acknowledgment and acceptance of this fact was made available for me to live good life. My spirit guides talk to me through dreams & they introduced themselves in 2008. They even told me, I have this incredible gift of cleansing souls through sea salt baths & lighting candles. They even showed me they are Italian male twins. Since then the connection has become very strong. I'm African so in the beginning it used to confuse me, because I never thought that you can spirit guides from another race. That was an eye opener for me. Having spiritual guides is an interesting experience in African spirituality, and in my personal experience - since I have a hybrid spiritual belief system - combining meditation & breath work with African spiritual practices has really helped me get increasingly connected as I journey further into spiritual exploration. Last night I had a very vivid dream that I was walking outside on a dam, when suddenly I heard a very clear (male) voice saying my name. I looked around but nobody was there. Then the colour dark blue was briefly shown to me, the colour of the 6th chakra 💙

Same here, but my awakening has been in the process now for around 5-6 years.
I said my thanks to my spirit guides yesterday night before i slept. Have been going through an arduous healing journey for my cancer (refused conventional treatment and switched up my diet, positive thoughts, Reiki etc). I asked them to show themselves to me in my dreams or through any other means as I wanted to have a relationship with them. Then I dreamt of many frames of dreams and in 1 of them, the number 5050 strikes out. I could still remember it so vividly and in that dream, I was conscious of the fact that it is a message from my spirit guides. When I woke up, I went to look up the meaning and it said that the angels wanted to reassure me for my bravery and hard work, I was so touched and encouraged by that kind messages. I love watching your videos. When I pay attention to my nightly dreams, I've encountered my Spirit Guide. It's the most beautiful experience. There was no message. It was just the experience of great joy and love.
I do concentrate living in the moment. It's amazing what we can do when we pay attention. Once, I was walking on a fairly cold day, winter was approaching, I was speaking to my spirit guides and wanting a bit of, are you listening, at that moment a small yellow butterfly was leading my path, as I walked along this butterfly was low and in front of my every step. I have been in my own journey for quite some time now, maybe close 10 years. I have been blessed with amazing teachers, both personally and via RUclips. My Guides constantly lead me to the next teacher. Most recently, I have felt a bit disconnected but not unplugged. You made me realize how i always connected with my spirit guides. I never thought i was communicating with my spirit guides but now, i know i am.
At the middle of the video, i stopped it and went to the my meditative state. I asked a lot of questions like "are there any one guiding me". At first i thought there wasn't any one but suddenly i feel a spike in my energy centers, in my spine, head, legs, arms and in every point of my body. This was never like my other experiences. The energy that flows through my body was too much than usual. And at that point i knew i was communicating with my spirit guides. And the communication with him was not akin to any usual communication way.
I wasn't using words, neither sounds. It was beyond words and sounds.If that means something to anyone: I was talking with "core brain functions".

Thank you this was so helpful. For a very long time I felt so over whelmed with emotions. I have been in rooms and I have had to run because I felt dizzy and not well. It has been a lot better and its funny because just how you explain in your video about Empaths, I wondered how can it be posible for me to be so weak their has to be a way for me to over come “fear” so I told myself I was stronger and it has worked. I have times when I am with certain people and the energy is just amazing and I take it in. I’m not 100% sure that I am an Empath but I find that I resonate so much with these videos. I made a nasty decision sometime and when I was doing it, I could literally hear voices telling me "No don't do it". I still carry the guilt, because I did not obey, but i am gradually letting it go. Thank you for this one.... i will apply all your teaching and I will be better.

I talk to my spirit guides every day. I open myself up for any signs that they want to give me. Just this morning driving to work the fog was very thick. I glanced to my far right to see the sun trying to peak through the fog. I got their message loud and clear. I've been smiling all morning.

Oh, Christina, I received a feather from the clear sky too! It was a pure bliss! I am in the middle of the field with no birds or even clouds around - and the feather is floating in front of me! I turned around, checked the sky again and expressed my gratitude and delight! Miracle!
When I had my spirit guides (17) years ago, I wanted to have an out of body experience and he told me that he could help with that but I had to ask him to help. (He literally pulled me out of my body) This was before I was exposed to any books or computers or anything on the topic. I find it crazy that Christina just spoke of having free will and having to ask... I have never met anyone who has even remotely had the types of experiences I have had with spirit guides and this makes it seem so much more real although they will not return no matter how much intent I put on it

I've had 2 OBE as a child under the age 7. Like you I was never INTRODUCED or knew anything about it. I'm 38 now. No one believes me! I told my family... Only my grandma BELIEVED me. She had VISIONS in her sleep about horrible crashes like a plane or train. She would jump out of bed turn on the news, and there it always was... A bad crash with a plane. I saw it for myself as a VERY young child. But no understanding of her actions or thoughts then.
My body was paralyzed and I woke up in bed... I (my soul\spirit) was on the ceiling looking down at me, myself in my bed. The door was open in the bedroom... My spirit\soul kind of nodded at my body as if it was motioning me to get up and leave the room with it... My body was unable to move, follow my spirit\soul as I watched it turn to exit the bedroom... and then just like that, went RIGHT back into me as if I pulled\grabbed it with my mind! It looked Like I TOOK a huge inhalation of smoke. Then all of a sudden I was able to sit up and move. I then tried to walked out of the room and could not pass through the doorway and went back to sleep. I see it in my mind's eye CLEAR AS DAY STILL.
I KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT THIS HAPPENED. IT'S THE SAME EVERY TIME I SPEAK OF IT TO THIS DAY! My other one is ALSO like that but much more scary to tell others. No one BELIEVES me. WHERE and HOW would I know and get this information? My family does BELIEVE her but not me? Also it was a multi-generational HOME. I have been getting VISIONS of the future my entire life... But I can never see HOW FAR AHEAD! How do I harness this for more accurate timing? Deja vu everyday several times a day SINCE a child. RIGHT now VISIONS, as well daily. (I just got deja vu)!!
NOW, my body feels like electricity is going through me EVERYWHERE. I also have a VERY STRONG HEAT
that RADIATES, and people I know feel off of me. I'm hyper-sensitive to a lot of things, as im an EMPATH AS WELL.

so, i never had any direct contact until a few days ago. So, i was in that state of sleep where you are not thinking of anything and are about to fall asleep, when i heard a voice ask me if i could hear it. Of course me being jumpy i quickly wake up and turn on the lights, i didn't get much sleep that night haha. I talked to my friend who is very knowledgeable about this sort of thing, and she said it was probably my spirit guide.

I have been recently awoken so I’m just starting to really communicate with my guides through meditation and I always see the night sky with all these stars and the stars made up a turtle which really confused me at the time . I was like what does a turtle have to do with anything lol couple days later I took your heart test and what pops up at the end . Apparently my results were I was a turtle . Mind blown lol and that was just more proof that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be !

Because Its the Familie of a Craw I would like to have a Feder from the Bird. Difficult to get Ofcourse. One day I came from my work at Home wanted to Open the Front door, looking at my doormat and what I saw amazed me. A Feder of the Magpie between my Doormat and the Frontdoor. So Beautifull Black and White. I thanked the Spirit World and the Magpie. It was like magic.

My personal everyday routine: I do invocations (invocing spiritual light, this is a very powerful practice) and prayers, for about an hour or more during the day. To come into balance and connect with my physical body I do light yoga-exercises in the morning before breakfast. Also I attend various yoga classes throughout the week. I've had some beautiful experiences, but the one that stood out for me was when l walked the Camino Santiago pilgrimage trail last August.
That morning l was asking my spirit guides for guidance and strength throughout my journey.
l worried about not being able to walk long distances because l suffer with an Autoimmune disease.
The day l was about to set off from Baiona, a beautiful fishing village in northwestern Spain, l was having breakfast and as l looked down l saw a beautiful white feather sitting on my back pack. I was indoors and there were no birds in sight, so l knew straight away that was their beautiful message. Throughout the 138 kilometers of this amazing journey l can say that l probably wouldn't have made it if there hadn't of been some people, truly beautiful earth angels and synchronicities that helped me reach my final destination Santiago de Compostela ❤🙏❤

I have been extremely disconnected from myself suffering with ptsd, and yet am learning through this, that one of the things I have never done is listen to my intuition; so thanks trauma for getting my attention!!

@@samchapman7513 I had PTSD for nearly two years having on average of around 70 visual/emotional flashbacks a day, sometimes more and always in a permanent state of shock !!! according to my first psychiatrist. EFT cured that... its been nearly 18 years since I was officially cleared of that mental health issue and not had a single flashback, There are more options available now but that is worth a go. Google Garry Craig. Christina Lopes is so on the money.....if you can release your PTSD..... her teachings will then Blow your mind into an even better place. God speed your healing.
