I think anyone considering NAD should check out Brad Stanfield. I may be wrong but he appears to be one of the very few people highlighting the lack of evidence, this far, of NAD in the treatment of anything to do with ageing/longevity etc. There is a lot of hype about NAD all over the internet, mainly fuelled by a dubious money hungry professor(David Sinclair.)

What do you think of PRP joint injections or PRP with HA
Not bad, but depends on the HA used. Also better options out there I think that have HA without the prp
