I seriously loved the silent sea. I watched it for gong yoo and fell in love with other actors especially bae doona. You may find this series complicated because the story mostly focuses on mystery than sci-fi but definitely a must watch and as said plot twists. Last two eps were tearful,you'll understand if you watch it.
It’s refreshing seeing Gong Yoo in these interviews. He doesn’t do many of them, but when he does he stays true to his nature. Promoting his personal favourite shows on an interview, rather than the show he’s meant to be promoting. Or trying to copy Bae Doona and promote one of his previous works, but stating that The Squid Game isn’t really part of his works!!!

Even though it was just a cameo, Gong Yoo's appearance in Squid Game really did make an impact. I've never seen the whole internet fall for one man at the same time LOL When I saw him, i immediately said out loud 'I KNOW HIM'. I saw so many people trying to find his social media, but he didn't have any at the time. I'm glad he has instagram now hahaha
Gong Yoo saying The Squid Gane isn't one of his ... so humble! I think he was the reason why everyone got hooked onto the show and his few minutes on screen had a huge impact, in fact, we all want him back and in all episodes in season 2 don't we? I will now watch the Silent Sea this weekend for the first time, remembering to rewatch it next weekend. Thanks for the tips!

I binge-watched The Silent Sea the day it came out. Loved it! Very thought provoking and scary at the same time. Would love a Season 2. Gong Yoo will always be my #1, but this whole cast was amazing.

I feel like Gong Yoo is a detail person. When he listens to song, he will read the lyrics and find the meaning. When he watchs movies / any series, he looks up the actress / actor background and how they act and their expression to act

Watching The Silent Sea made me miss Bae Doona's spectacular acting again that I started to rewatch her other shows. Done with season 1 of Secret Forest, off to season 2, watched Air Doll and Drug King on the side, might watch Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance soon. Moreover am still hoping for season 3 of Secret Forest and Kingdom, I miss Hwanghan and Seobi so much ❤

고요의 바다 정말 재밌게 봤네요. 평상시에 자주 생각해보던 주제이기도 해서 더 흥미롭게 다가왔고 무엇보다 우주를 배경으로 이야기이다 보니 더욱 흥미롭고 재미있게 봤던 것 같습니다. 배우님들 연기가 정말 장난 아니여서 보는 내내 우주에 있는 기분이였어요. 공유, 배두나, 이준, 김선영, 이무생 배우님 외에 고요의 바다를 멋지게 연기해주신 배우님들 정말 감사합니다.
