Abakaliki definitely is the most beautiful city in the Southeast Igbo land. I would love to visit there someday. Great work by the previous government 👏
Oh my oh my. Presco was my secondary school. My Dad was a CCB Bank Manager. bank is now defunct. We lived at 19 Oraifite St off Water Works Rd, the last street then b4 the then University, Rice mill etc. We worshipped at All Saints by Ogoja Rd. Where's the popular Kpirikpiri market, green lake, prison, the popular Gunning rd. Ezuiyiokwu girls ( Presco girls), Nnodo boys. I was in AI for 5yrs then to University. We left AI in 1994 and finished college and went overseas. I must congratulate all the governments since Gov Egwu. They indeed developed AI. I long to visit. It gives tears to see such huge change. I was an AI boy. Some of my friends are lecturers there now. You video is awesome. Thanks for the tour.
@@princenduaguibe7659 wow this comment gives me goosebumps! I’m glad you found this nostalgic, good to know you once lived in AI, thank you for sharing!!! God bless you, much love from me ❤️🙌🏾
Abakaliki is a well-planned capital city. The foundation was laid by Dave Umahi. What remains now is for factories, tourist attractions and highrise buildings to start springing up for a better development of the state and city.
If you want to build highrising buildings get ready for 247 electricity and 247 water supply 247 underground gas supply no stop that is how we have it in hongkong hk and it is the building iam living in
Land is cheap in abakaliki but the place is gaining more population because of the fast developemen going on there as made the price of land to beginning to shoot up but you can still get affordable ones
My dear this is most neatest camera I have seen in RUclips that makes documentary of this state so please give her the applause because her videos quality is top notch God bless Dave umahi for this wonderful opportunity to the beautiful people of Ebonyi state may he always leave happily for developing this state, believe me this place is someone else like him enter power this place will be a tourist destination because the plan is amazing and nkaliki road need to be taken care of because of sand and open drainage
All I see is what’s built by the Umahi administration is slowly crumbling, no maintenance and that’s typical with nigeria. What’s up with those ugly colors on the flyovers and also the mall and all that? That’s so dumb and ugly, they should do better with bright colors. They should properly fix the streetlights, at least better ones and let it be same n not that mixed shit, some poles aren’t standing straight, no proper side walks and the gutters🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ on the positive I love the road network which can be improved, trees too
Abakaliki is in the East, not South East. It’s ok but nothing special, the only thing I find interesting is that, if this was anywhere outside Eastern Nigeria, we would have bitter souls talking down and demeaning Nigeria. Enough of this bigotry, as it’s becoming an international embarrassment. Kudos to the governor, he is trying but can do better.
I am from Anambra state. Abakaliki is beautiful and very organised, I must give it to her.

Are there no Road sweepers why is the roads so dusty?
Abakaliki is classy and beautiful ❤. Why was the market locked please?
Do you actually listen? She said in the video that’s the old meat market that they’ve moved🤷🏽♂️
I think she probably got there after 6pm and the main gates are closed at the time. But smaller gates at the back might be open for evening markets.
@@kensburg2660 It seems you might have misunderstood the question he/she asked. I think the question was about the international market locked gate.
