Hi Miss. So satisfying to watch as usual. Instead of throwing away the pineapple peels, wash your pineapple really well (use vinegar and baking soda) then bring the peels to simmer for like 15mins and use that water in your juice(such a game changer) or even drink it like that with some honey. They have a lot of health benefits.😘

I go there randomly dear. From Monday to Saturday but the main market I got into closes at around 3pm. If you go past that time you will find the gates closed and will have to buy along the road which is still somehow okay.
