- Welcome to my channel. I am so glad you clicked the video to see what I have to share. This girl loves decorating and I have had my eye on a major piece of decor for about a year and I finally got it into my home. When dealing with smaller spaces two things will happen if you love to decorate. One, you become a maxamilist and two, you look for piece that serve multiple purposes. This tower I have wanted for so long but waited to the right time to get it. I love that the tower provides a large multi surface area to display groupings on shelf by shelf. I was able to pull more of my decor pieces out of storage and decorate with them.
This you do the assembling thing where companies offer you a cheaper price on items because in the end you do the work. You get a box with pieces and screws and a tool to assemble it. Well, putting this gem together for my living room was a little under a three hour challenge, mentally and physically might I add, LOL. All in all it was worth it because its a beautiful addition to my living room.
What you see is what you will continue to see in my home because I made a committment to myself over a year ago to stop decorating for each and every holiday. The only time you will see any major decor changes in here will be the last quarter of the year during the holidays. The other eight months it will look the same. I may refresh or remix existing items I already have but that is basically it. I may change my dinning room tablescape to look lighter in the Spring and Summer but that is the maxium that will be done throughout the year. I have learned to be content with one style, one look and enjoy and rest in it. I love to share and inspire others in the pursuit of personalizing their home so subscribe if this is the what you are looking for.
I have been called thrifty, a penny pincher and a deep discount decorating diva. These are names I am not ashamed of being called because bills have to be paid monthly whether you have a glamorous home or not so work within your means is what I always say. First things first then shop to decorate. You will find me proudly searching in the thrift stores or in the clearance aile of either Ross, Burlington, TJ Maxx and Home Goods and don't sleep on Walmart they have a nice clearance section also.
