When you guys start reading at 7:00 in the evening, what do you do during the day before? Do you sleep any to prepare for it? I think it would be easier to start one at night too but I don't know if I could sleep during the day to get ready for it. ☕
Great question! Our plan was to try and nap and take things REAL slow. Not read anything and generally just try and rest.
