The cooler weather looks so nice. Yesterday the temp here was 102 F Very hot for September but we do live somewhat South of you In Oklahoma. We are expecting to be in the upper 80s by Friday. I so much enjoy watching a small part of your life. You have inspired me to go back to sewing my own clothes. Bless you and yours.

I tried a vegetable last night that my stepmom got us. Tasted like a cucumber. Was really good with this dip. We had bison burgers with potato salad and baked beans.

In Las Vegas we still have a couple of months of summer, so this is blowing my mind! We get our final bloom of flowers in November! But right now we are dealing with torrential rains that make our normally arid climate sticky. Your colony's land looks like a paradise on earth!
Wow! This week was really hot around here but the colors are starting to change and soon people will begin to clean out their flower gardens.

We always called the melon that’s green inside a honeydew melon. Beautiful fabric your using to make your dress. Belated happy birthday to your mom. 🎉🥳🎂💐 The dip you made looks delicious. Was wondering how the wildflowers you planted did. Thanks for showing them. Maybe the soil where they were planted was lacking in nutrients. Maybe next year you could try using some plant food for flowers to help them out. Just a thought. Anyway, enjoyed the video.

We are in yet another Indian summer here in Minnesota. The weather is as warm as summer. We are still going about in shorts and short sleeves. For my daughters and myself, that means that we are wearing shorts under our skirts.

I have a question about your dresses. I noticed that you all wear the same designs and same blouse sleeves, etc. Would you be allowed to wear long sleeves? I'm so surprised that even living in Canada you wear short sleeve blouses! Does it have to go right to the floor? I'm the monastery seamstress and I keep thinking about how quickly the hems get dirty and worn.
