Parrish is the next Lakewood Ranch. It’s even closer to St Pete beach, Tampa, and super close to Sarasota. Plus Neal the developer of North River Ranch also is the creator of Lakewood Ranch so he knows how to make beautiful master planned communities. We love Parrish and specifically North River Ranch.
Yes! North River Ranch is really nice. I will say, I have had a huge issue with one of the builders in there. I will not post publicly but if anyone wants my two cents, they can give me a call.
@@jillwillsell not all builders are created equally. I would never buy a DR Horton or Lennar, Pulte is borderline but the builder I went with is private not publicly traded.
I may be contacting you in the future. My son and daughter in law live in Palmetto. I am waiting wrap up medical costs in Texas and then I hope I can sell my home to move closer to my son. My son suggested Parrish, Palmetto and Sarasota for safety. I don't know if there will be any homes that I can afford on retirment income that will be decent or in good condition; all I can do is hope I get lucky and find a small one that the previous owner took care of. I like your videos and listening to you. I will point out, I am shocked by the price of land lot rent for manufacture homes - that doesn't make sense it is so high.
Thanks for watching! Yes, give me a call when you are ready. I will be honest... I don't know much about lot rent with manufactured homes. I cannot sell them because they are not considered "real estate" unless the land is included. If the land is included and the owner pays HOA dues, then that will work. But give me a call and we can chat about all of that. 😃
@@jillwillsell You sound like a honest and knowledgeable person, I definitely will be giving you a call. I hope to be working with you in the near future.
Hey I’m from the UK looking to build a custom or a resale home in Parrish it must have a screened in pool can you reach out to me and recommend a builder that would deal with me being from the UK ?
Me too!!! The next best thing (or maybe better) is shopping at Detwilers! Local market with a handful of locations - lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli, seafood, baked goods. Love it!!! 😍
They aren't directly IN North River Ranch, but they are down the road from NRR. What that means - if you are in Del Webb, you cannot use the amenities of NRR but you might be able to participate in some of the activities and events. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching.
Hey, I get it! In fact, it is great that you are loyal to your agent. I wouldn't want you to call me and have two agents working for you. If you buy, someone worked for nothing. Not cool. 😎 Thanks for watching!
We just signed to build a home in North River Ranch. We love that Lakewood ranch feel by the same developer. And a lot less dollars, If you get in early. 2 new hospitals coming too! BayCare and HCA
Hi Michael! Glad you asked. I am planning to have a North Port video out on March 29. I need to go down there to get some good video and pictures. 😎 Thanks for watching!
I live in New York at the moment I will be traveling to Florida to look at different areas and Lakewood Ranch is on my list.My question is I’m looking for a gated community in that area that have no breed restrictions on dogs are there any.
Hi Jaylen! Good question. Yes, I do think there are some. I would need more info from you about what exactly you need in a home/condo and then I could provide specific communities that would or would not work. Feel free to reach out to me: jill@jillwillsell.com
Look at North River Ranch it is the next Lakewood Ranch. Same developer is creating his next masterpiece. Neal Communities. North River Ranch in Parrish. We just a bought to build brand new home 4/3/3 car garage gated community, with all the amazing amenities, and to be built home in 8-10 months. North River Ranch now is the time to get in! Good luck.
I believe, the closest beach is Holmes Beach. On a good day, it would take about 40 minutes. Just depends on where you are coming from in Parrish, time of year, traffic, etc. 🌴
I was all excited that DelWebb in Parrish had/has a sign that says in the low 200's then it went to mid 200's Now it says high 200'S when is it going to stop. Not right!!!
Hi Joan!! Sadly, I don't know the answer! 😢 I wish I did. With the cost of materials going up, so are the costs to build. We are in a strange and challenging market with demand so high, low inventory, and new construction isn't helping us out like I had hoped it would. Please keep in mind, when you the see those signs that say in the $XXXs, that is just for the base price of a model. Then add lot premiums or lot fees and if the builder allows, any upgrades and changes. If a sign says high $200s, you should plan on spending $300-400K. Unless you do zero or very few upgrades. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss more. 941.544.1160
