I don't think you'll get a restore because from what I've seen they only restore fruits when you get scammed from someone exploiting to steal your fruits but it was obvious that he was stalling for his suke friend to steal your fruit

The guy would just get banned if he used exploits, he just had a friend with suke, so u wont get your fruit back and he wont get banned. Next time, try getting observation haki before Trading
