My take on his season is that these new young skiers are so much more agressive and tend to use take way riskier lines when Pinturault goes a little more round but makes less mistakes. I also think he generates less power at every turn. Hes more of a "no mistakes" guy and thats why I think he woudlve been a great speed skier. Look at his alpine combined DH results, they arent that bad. New guys like Kranjec, Zubcic, Henrik or Feller are so bouncy off the turn I just dont see that in Alexis's ski but we share the same first name so I always root for him.
