I am a dental nurse in UK well in America you say dental assistance please don't us mouthwash after cleaning because toothpaste has fluoride that protects teeth from decay or cavities. 2-4 time away get warm salty water use that too rise your mouth out and oh my goodness it help with bacteria fungal or bad breath before cleaning though

i shaved my arms 2 time which my parents told me not to and id dint listen and now my arm hair thicker, longer, and darker so I suggest you don't do this unless you're willing to do this until your old or if your arm hair doesn't do that. if anyone has tips on how to completing get rid of arm hair please tell me.
