Thanks! Now I don't have to fly to Vegas and spend $200 to see what's inside! 😮
We went there Sunday night for the 9:30 pm show. Entered using Bridge entrance from the Venetian, much better than standing in line outside. It was an amazing experience. We parked at the Sahara for free then took the Monorail to the LinQ station.
Sad that everything ticket related now, has to just completely screw the consumer. $25 ticket service fee, what the heck does that even mean? They should just call it, the up yours because you’ll pay it fee.
Great video. I do not think you complained at all. You told of the positive and negative things. Very good review.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your video was super thorough, thanks !
Thank you for sharing this with us.
It's a pretty incredible structure to be sure. I guess they have plans to build a bunch of em. Thanks 4 the review.
To be a kid today and growing with all the tech to come!
Right? I can't wait to have sex with robots when I'm old bc I ain't paying for coochie when I'm old
Sound and vibration is healing to humanity! Energy is frequency, sound and vibration!!! People that walked out has low vibration cannot take the energy!!!
Very, very helpful review. Thank you.
I also live in LV and I cant wait to go! They should make it also as the world's largest planetarium.
Get a ride there and Uber home!
Thank you for the tour. I hope to visit one day
Thanks. You saved me a bit of green.
Glad I could help
Well done
Nice job.
Thanks for giving a heads up as to how it works. Regards.
the actual video through your gopro is pretty clear, that means the video in real life is super super clear... wow. ..
Thanks for the show. I decided there would need to be a much better feature to attract me. I feel I've seen similar at Disney or IMAX. What I saw on a subsequent U2 Compilation was more like it. Just what the Sphere has displaying on the outside is fascinating enough, and that is free. Oh, I don't need the giant emoji.
Cool new stuff. However, the escalators are still same old looking escalators as the ones I grew up with. I'm 40 yrs old! Escalator companies out there, plz take note. ;)
I drove past it in a limo at 3 a.m. on the way to the airport. We went through the parking lot and saw it up close.
Looking at the line, that's all i want to see. If you're a tourist, it would be something to do once just to say that you have done it.
Great video. Lots of useful information. Like the commentary.
I got dizzy watching lol
Awesome great video good job.😊
Thank you 🤗
My first extended stay in Vegas was in 91'. Man, I miss the Stardust. Fast forward, and the last several visits I watched it methodically morph into what it is today; a greed-driven mecca that's somewhat unrecognizable. We just support the Vegas YT content providers now and call it a day. 👍
Very interesting and fair sounding review!!! "Not for everyone..." - "overload"
Awesome video. So that was basically a $116 movie? Nuts! It is an awesome experience, guess I’ll have to do it at least once.
"Not for everyone." Price.😲
Thanks for sharing your video I just came back from Vegas but didn't get a chance to go in the Sphere. I have a nice video of it from the plane as I left Vegas. Looks pretty cool not sure if I want to spend that much money to go in there maybe for a concert in the future.
They should show Top Gun Maverick here 🎉
I really appreciate your attention to detail, subscribing now.
I appreciate that!
BTW perfectly awesome view from the Horseshoe if on a budget trip.
Thank you for this. I've always enjoyed your walks and the information you provide. This is very informative. It'll allow us to decided if this is an experience we want to do in Las Vegas.
So nice of you
woow daming tao
This was AWSOME! Totally enjoyed this. First time discovering your vlog! This was truly Amazing and Thank You for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!
thanx for sharing your experience
Thank you this!
Really appreciate this Vlog.. by far one of the best in giving you a true feel of what its like.....
Reminds me of the California Science Center with its IMAX Experience
The robots are too creepy. 👽
Thanks for the video , I will be saving good money for sure
Appreciate this video. Found it after I’d already bought my ticket, which turned out to be 308 seat 15 , row 3 which is bridge level. Now I understand it! Going on Christmas Day, something I’ll always remember. Thanks!
Thank you… going this Sunday - this was really useful…..:)
Best small theater if you want to check it out is located in the College of Charleston in Charleston South Carolina and it has speakers that make it sound like it is right next to you it is amazing, just recommend if you like leg room get the seats next to the alise to your not in cramped, tight, nor uncomfortable position because there are no intermissions for these shoes but they are only a 1/2 hour long and very enjoyable and entertaining and you will not get bored.
Thanks!
Thanks you are first to donate made my day thanks again
@@WalkEatVegas my pleasure...:)
Sounds like the “rafter seating” at the Chicago Stadium, when we’d get cheap seats to see the Blackhawks play. My fear of heights kicked in big time…and it was soooo steep!!
Yup, that was my first thought looking at it.
I felt that way at market square arena how steep the stairs were going to our seats. Saw Da Bulls Pacers there !
I think they could've done better with the seat design so that people could be somewhat/slightly reclined to facilitate easier overhead and panoramic viewing; taller seat backs, etc.
So people are actually surprised that the newest attraction in Vegas costs money? In other breaking news, scientists have discovered that the sky gets dark at night
Reminds me of the movie Blade Runner
Im creeped out by how much information the A.I could get from the crowd and form articulate responses sky net is here.😂
Dude... The seats are made to vibrate here for a reason. It's supposed to be immersive and make you literally feel the sound. As their website states,
"Sphere's 10,000 haptic seats are integrated with Powersoft's infrasound system. Powersoft Mover is the company's compact transducer that uses haptic feedback. The moving-magnet technology uses an audio signal with ultra-low-frequency reproduction to make the chairs vibrate and shake as desired for each performance." It is intentional and actually made to do this only with the sound so thunderstorms etc will have no effect on this. Other than that, this video is the best one I've seen so far!
the thunderstorm and animals in the movie made the chair shake , not from outside
thanks
Yes but think he meant footsteps and thunder should not be same vibration as one is softer than the other.
❤❤❤❤❤
👍👍👍👍👍
Ticket service fee, order processing fee. Sounds like a ripp off. Thanks for the video impression. (I'll sit close to my tv-set..)
this happened at the Millennium Dome in London now called the o2 arena… After the Que,s and the People who were dumb enough to visit found out how Dull it was , It went into Administration and got Sold too the o2 company for £10 million pounds, The Dome,s original Cost was £200 million pounds… The same thing will happen with this Place, it can’t sustain the $150 dollar entrance fee , Sooner or later people won’t pay for it…
Looks like just a Big IMAX theatre then weird odd circle building structure that doesnt fit with the normal hotels look.😂
Vegas is literally a huge indoor outdoor shopping swap meet Mall.
My exact thoughts, an IMAX film. All those people waiting in line, steep staircases to exit and $100 per person no thank you.
@@williamjacobs9065the bottom row looks better
🤣people are so gullible talking to an animitronic
Dummy ( not an avatar) a bad one at that. they're talking to a real person in the back.😅
Great looking venue.
My thought exactly, true AI like the ones who answer phones are dummer than a box of rocks.
Same thing at EPCOT; you talk to a person in a forgeign location via video, and they respond back. Only problem was they were about 20 feet above with a screen behind them. I saw it, showed my 8 year old who and where he was talking to.
I'd rather look at the outside for free.
So, there should be an option on the seats if you like to turn it on or off! (I mean the vibration)
we were only the 3rd showing maybe it was not adjusted or my seat was not the same as most
Thank you for the video, but please, next time, turn on the image stabilizer, I was felling sick in the end of the video!!!
I'm planning on visiting the Sphere on my next trip to Vegas. Since I'll be staying at Aria, would it be better for me to take an Uber directly to the venue, or go the Venetian and use the walkway from the Expo?
it is a long walk, if just me i would walk, my wife would not walk that far
I think they can install optional seat belts to get rid of vertigo feeling sitting that steep
10 Nov, just read the CEO of the MSG Sphere just got fired. The project is $1 billion over budget
So, $75 each for a movie? That's a lot IMO. (I do understand it's the experience of the Sphere but wow). plus parking.
😮😮😮😮😮😮
Awesome video. So that was basically a $116 movie? Nuts! It is awesome, guess I’ll have to try it once.
It reminds me of the Imax movie "To Fly" only done larger.
MSG Sphere Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
I thought that as well😅
I don't get it. Why isn't anyone wearing their 4D glasses?
Now I know how they are paying for this, still not getting my $200 just to watch a movie lol..
Wild.
If you choose the seats close to the screen does it mean you need to go down and climb back up the steps? Is it senior friendly? If you choose the top most seat will the view and experience still be OK?
You can enter from different levels our level we had to walk down and back up no choice, I think the very top would be great because you would see more of the ceiling that I could not see unless I looked up
So Gimbals are or not allowed in? I didnt catch that part, but the Go Pro was ok?
i read selfie sticks and zoom lenses not allowed so i played it safe, i only saw phones , next time i would try a small gimbal
@@WalkEatVegas cool. Appreciate the post.
Are seats comfy? Or knee eaters? I could sit outside all night and watch exterior. I hate see what a concert costs. Great video
The seats in front of you are very low so I was ok I am 5.11 tall
Interesting. I would imagine that over time they will work out some of the bugs.
I went on, I think it was Shrek 4D, shortly after it came out 30 years ago. They did most of this then. It should have been worked out with test audiences. IMO.
What seat and section did you have?
Thanks for the video. Appreciate it.
Do you or anyone recommend living in or near Vegas? My wife and I are in Miami and looking to head west
Hello we moved here 8 years and we are happy we did and had about 6 friends move here, I lived here in the 1980 in the usaf, alot of good changes starting to take place right now, like high speed train to la
Thanks for the Vlog, I bought tickets for Dec. Got any idea how far is Venetian to the Sphere? Trying to figure out how many minutes to walk.
No one will answer because no one knows. Its a whole crazy experience trying to get in.
How much are drinks???
Are taxi's or Ubers allowed to drop you off near the entrance? Thank you for sharing ! Great footage.
Yes they are right by the front door
Thanks for the video. Not for me. I would hate to be in a place like that if there was ever a power grid shut down or a emergency.
I've never been to Vegas never cared to but want to go see the sphere is it worth it
Thanks for the video will wait until the sheep die down
Next time just go there for a concert
200 dollars to see a movie....
I was gonna get 250 dollar ticket plus fees but I might just get the 50 buck tickets. It is still a crazy price it is around a dollar per minute
$150 bucks your Joking 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Is the front or back seats better?
i think 3/4 the way is best. dont get too close
Can you bring a Gimbal? What is the camera policy, do you have a link to the policy
www.thespherevegas.com/faqs not much info, i wish i asked while i was there, next time i will try to enter with my gimbal
Good video but 220 bucks with parking is ridiculous for us. My husband said we could buy over $200 worth of books for that and I'm down for it.
How long was the movie?
It wad a little less than a hour
Imagine spending two hundred dollars to wait in line 🤡
no thanks
$90 x2 for a movie night. No popcorn or snacks included. Looking to make that investment money back asap. Talking to a computer really doesn't look that fun either.😅😅😅
This is such a fucking dumb comment. You know that’s not the point
Ever been to Disneyland? 😅
@@StefanGraz once again. That’s clearly not the point. The point is the rides. The lines are a byproduct of supply and demand
This guy never used vr goggles
That's crazy to spend that much on entertainment,😅no thanks ,to peoplely😅
How about the gift shops?
there must be one but on this trip i only saw food and drinks
What movie was it
postcards from earth
Thanks for the video I’m coming over from Ireland on November first too see U2 is there Wi-Fi because my ticket is an email and I won’t have American phone coverage thanks
Yes, the entire sphere venue has fast free Wi-Fi!
Yes the building Has wi-fi , we printed our tickets that works also thanks
Hi can i carry a gopro? Inside
Yes you can
Went there a few weeks ago the show was good but getting in and out was a sh&t show, they didn’t think that part out very well.
I didn't see a single emergency exit sign during the entirety of this video. Are any instructions provided for safe evacuation in the event of a catastrophe?
My only way out was Back thru the 308 door back to lobby no instructions what to do
Lol a $25 extra fot service fee and another $10 for order fee.. they really suck hard on people's wallet in this case..
Some of the other good theaters include the Warren Preforming arts center at Warren Central High School in Indianapolis Indiana wich has two theaters both have great sound , experiences , views, etc
Looks like it may not be handicap accessible.
There seemed to be someone in a motorized wheelchair in the theater when he was looking for his seat
as i walk in to the theater i saw wheelchairs right as i walk in, and they had elevators on each floor
It's the US, it has to be or it would be shutdown.
What point do you show your ticket I’m coming from Ireland on November 3 rd I’ve no Wi-Fi available is there any available too show your ticket
as soon as you walk in the building first thing, yes the building has wifi, you can screen shot it also
U2 parking 100 $
What?
@@ziskokid1 parking at the sphere for U2 concert for sure park elsewhere and walk , same as the raiders games , or Concerts at So-Fi stadium
This wouldn’t be for me it would make me deaf the sound I’m highly sensitive to sound heck the movie theaters are as loud as is
