Download and Install OpenJDK 21 on macOS

mhh I downloaded the file from openjdk but the shasum does not check

do you mean the checksum values do not match? or shasum does not output any value?

You have to opt out of "Open "safe" files after downloading" located in your Safari settings under General, to prevent Safari from unpacking the file immediately.
