The writers of this series are really smart. They really know how to bring out the essence of a character and how to weave relationships together to make a good plot. Now, they can either use that intelligence to troll us for another few years until the season finale and never give us Buddie. Or they can use it to create a plot, that breathtakingly brings these two together someday and make a mark in BL history. It's upto them. We're already sold and fools for these two.

The writers are keeping the audience interested in possibly bringing Buck and Eddie together. It's what sells right now. Alot of People might want to see Buck and Eddie a Couple. I do because I like them both but if they stay as close Friends/ Brothers, Then that's fine also. Either way is cool. If you want to get to know them more, Watch their off camera interviews or videos for fans.

The writers know exactly what they're doing. IMO, i don't think they intended on putting Buck and Eddie together until they realized how many people ship them romantically. Since then, they have been heading towards Buddie being canon, with the little hints in every episode. If they just decide to make them be just friends, then that's fine too. They have a really good bromance. I would like to see Buddie be a couple. All the signs are there, they just need to realize it.

I really can love and appreciate a slow burn if it’s done beautifully and Buddie is done beautifully. It’s my favorite slow burn ship and I adore it
