here in my country it's difficult to understand when they're calling your name because it sounds distorted, it's even worst when you got a hearing problem. plus they had the tv quite loud too, which i think should have been a number screen to which number and name and which window to go too. i don't know if all american embassies are like that but i think they should also have something in place for the hearing impaired

Also, what should be on the NBI? mine says "No Record On File". I have read that if NBI says, "No Criminal Record" , you have to secure a letter of explanation from the NBI. Im confused with thus. Regarding NBI it is both correct, no record on file and ni criminal record. Beneficiary needs to get nbi for interview

So I got the NOA 1 and 2. Two letters saying UCIS sent packet to NVC, then NVC sent packet to Manila Embassy. Then it says it could be weeks for the Embassy to receive my stuff. The letter says the consulate will contact my Fiancé when they are ready to process the petition. We have been sitting around for a month and a half documents ready. Someone said they should send me a packet with instructions and required documents, but another guy said he waited 18 months for that to arrive. Your thoughts?
Scott Feebeck the petitioner will receive the noa1, noa2 and nvc letter. I dont know if its the same process in US and here in the philippines. Because after noa2, my petitioner calls the nvc to get my Case number. Maybe ask your petitioner to call nvc to ask for your cas number because that is important for you to schedule your interview and your medical. After receiving the case number you can register it to ceac website to check your status. Just type your case number. After that if your case is issued you can start to pay the visa, get your medical and schedule your interview

Nope. He did not include all the affidavit of support, 1040, W2 during our application.
Thank you. :) Since I just graduated in May and get a job in June, I dont have tax return for last year. I am afraid that they will ask for the tax return before the interview takes palce. Thus, I intend to submit the application in late September and get new tax return in January 2017. Then, send it to them if they ask for.

So I got the NOA 1 and 2. Two letters saying UCIS sent packet to NVC, then NVC sent packet to Manila Embassy. Then it says it could be weeks for the Embassy to receive my stuff. The letter says the consulate will contact my Fiancé when they are ready to process the petition. We have been sitting around for a month and a half documents ready. Someone said they should send me a packet with instructions and required documents, but another guy said he waited 18 months for that to arrive. Your thoughts?

I live in the US. Did they send you or your husband a packet of instructions after the NOA 2? My Fiancé is in the Philippines I am the petitioner.
Scott Feebeck the petitioner will receive the noa1, noa2 and nvc letter. I dont know if its the same process in US and here in the philippines. Because after noa2, my petitioner calls the nvc to get my Case number. Maybe ask your petitioner to call nvc to ask for your cas number because that is important for you to schedule your interview and your medical. After receiving the case number you can register it to ceac website to check your status. Just type your case number. After that if your case is issued you can start to pay the visa, get your medical and schedule your interview
