Hello, JM. I am from Pampanga and I recommend exploring the vibrant culinary scene within Clark and Korean Town in Friendship. You'll discover a wide array of high-quality restaurants and charming cafes. Also, the Clark area offers some stunning scenery to enjoy, and the coffee shops here are known for their competitive ambiance and exceptional taste.
Glad you enjoyed Pampanga cuisine JM and fam! ❤😊 Yes, the original Sisig is from Angeles. And wala talaga syang mayo, nor egg 😂. And masarap! ❤ Nagtransform na lang sa manila and other places, iniba na ang ingredients. I guess, gusto ng iba, ganun.💗☺️
Bale Dutung means Wooden House, and yes, per reservation lang sya. I believe dapat a minimum of 12 pax ang group. They serve full course meal, from appetizer to dessert. Spend 3 hours at least doon. Dakal a salamat for visiting my hometown :)
Must try ing pampanga > Bale Dutung by Chef Claude Tayag > 25 seeds by Chef Sau Del Rosario > Bale Kapampangan > Apag Marangle > Milas Tokwat Baboy > Abe's Farm > Camalig Pizza > Matam Ih (clark) > Dia Cafe (Clark) And many more 😊😊😊

carideria style yung pinuntahan nilang branch ni aling lucing vs restaurant ni Mila's 😅 sana di pinagcompare.
