Great results. it does make a lot of sense to go no dig when possible. You see people on plots rotovating the soil in Spring and you just know that all those weeds are being chopped up into more weeds to emerge from under the soil later on. Thanks for the video :)
Hello Spencer, nicely explained, I made a big decision 2 years ago to go with no dig beds, this season is the best I have had, no weeds at all, and the plants are loving it. Everything is so much easier, I to put cardboard down and then farm yard manure on top, the first video I ever upload shows in pictures how I did it, no going back for me, you will find it just gets better and better each year, many thanks for sharing take good care kind regards alan🌿..... THE DAWN CHORUS PLOT
I think it just gets better as it goes on.making the soil a place for worms and other things that help feed the plants is thr best way to go.thanks for watching
Potatoes 🥔 look great! Where we live in South Carolina we have hard clay. We have some small raised beds. Yet in the area where we grow ornamentals we use a lot of mulch mostly wood chips and some leaves. The oak trees tend to self mulch.😀 I also use coffee grounds to feed the plants.☕️
Some nice mulch there Spencer. I’ve gone no dig this year on two of my beds and I’ve had very few weeds in those beds. It has been easy to pull them out. Take care. Nick

Thanks,it does all help to build up the soil.thanks for watching
Another great video, I have gone no dig also and the results are really good. It makes sense to let the worms do all the hard work for you.
Sure does! 😁👍
