When starting a box truck business, a semi truck business, or even a cargo van business the toughest thing is finding companies to work with. I'm going over list of companies that you can work with when starting your authority.
Before getting started you're going to need to sign a carrier packet before working with any new shipper, or brokers before moving any freight.
Building relationships with dedicated shippers or brokers allow you to eventually run dedicated freight on a consistent basis. If you're not able to fill those lanes you can dispatch them to other carriers and start your own dispatch company booking loads for other companies. OR you can continue to get freight and build your own brokerage company supplying the work for other carriers or dispatchers.
I went over how to start a box truck business step by step in one of my older videos, but that's only the beginning you have to find the work to keep your trucks on the road producing income. This video is helpful for box truck owner operators, cargo van owner operators, and even semi owner operators.

What makes you say that? Following this bypasses that low freight. There’s no load board involved here. This is getting freight before it hits the load board. Drivers don’t have to work off load boards or go through brokers to secure freight for themselves.
