That's 2x22, Plan B. It's the episode where Deeks goes back undercover as Max to find his friend Ray, and this scene where he's really upset is right after he talks to and kisses Ray's ex-wife/Deeks' ex-girlfriend. He's upset that he keeps having to lie to her.
