HARMAN KARDON DEVICE SLEEP AFTER BOOT. AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN

The problem with this HK receiver would shutdown with device sleep error on the display plus yellow arrange flashing. After troubleshooting, the culprit was a faulty over heating detection circuit board. Watch how I solved the issue easily and 100%. Buenas a todos, con el respeto del dueño del video, me llegó al taller uno con la misma falla y despues de revisar la potencia, revisar el sensor de calor y las revisiones usuales que uno hace en taller todo parecía normal. La solución fue limpiar la tarjeta lógica, donde vienen los HDMI, con detergente en polvo y un cepillo de dientes, luego con la pistola de aire caliente, secar unos 15 minutos y la falla quedó resuelta. En mi caso la tarjeta estaba pegajosa y al parecer el problema era suciedad

You have faulty audio output IC, check the main amplifier circuit especially the mosfet for short circuit

Please check heat detector circuit, system is shutting down because it's designed to scan all components for proper operation, failure of any triggers safety mode. In my case I replaced heat detector circuit with 22k resistor between 5v supply and signal

Identify 5v and signal, check if you've between 1-4v on the signal terminal during powering.

check if we have 5v as indicated on the board, then use a 22k resistor to drop the voltage to around 2.5v normal to operate the temperature detection cct.
