Exactly! The fact that Gambit as not been in any of the movies except a little cameo 10+ years ago in a shitty X-Men Origin franchise of movies that did not go anywhere, is just... well whatever.
For those of you watching this vid. And wondering, where are the behind the scenes of x men 2? Well there’s a documentary called “the second uncanny issue of X2” But it will be hard for you to find only if you have the 2 disc special
Fun fact: Bryan Singer originally had Chris Potter aka voice of 90's animated series Gambit to audition for Cyclops for this movie, but Chris expressed that he had no interest of taking that role because he never liked wearing the dark sunglasses that had to make him blind throughout the whole thing. Chris wanted to play as live action Gambit, but Gambit's rarely acknowledged in the films so he's deeply disappointed in whoever's idea to keep forgetting about Gambit.
@ashleynguyen4827: You mean the same Chris Potter who is on " Heartland " for the last 16+ years as well as " Kung Fu: The Legend Continues " ,a series that aired in Canada in the 90s? That Chris Potter?
Maybe. But my recollection was this felt like they were not expecting it to be a hit, and not expecting there to be a sequel. So they just picked their favorites and put them together, like playing with toys. As a result the sequels (including prequels) had to follow the continuity of the movies and not the comics.
Now everything is cgi.... Put a lot of ppl out of jobs.. And some of the art of making movies are gone. Pity as well that Bryan had to be a Pdf-file as well.
Hard to believe this was over 20 years ago. So cool to actually see the behind the scenes of the X-Men movies.
@ocon4064: Yes,So cool,so cool.
X-men movies are still amazing to this day.
Movies about Marvel use to be good when outside MCU paradoxically.
Agreed
I miss when the scenarios were real and not everything was CGI.
Also practical. Indeed man that sucks
Ikr
Not everything can be practical. The bigger the spectacle, the more difficult/dangerous it gets for practical effects.
Famke is so gorgeous even without all the post-production she has such a unique face
One of the best
For me It is the best one as yet
We need a new (Good) X-Men movie!! Haven't had a good one in forever. The Logan film was awesome, but that's a Wolverine movie
