Exactly , so? Little oxygen can pass through anyways. The particles still have tiny spaces between them . So therefore, wheat and rice do not need. Much respiration and the water can be absorbed by the root cells and transported through the xylem to use photosynthesis and this can be used to create glucose and oxygen anyways. So discern it well and scientists should always discover the root cause for everything. Idc 😅. I might be incorrect

The answer is that: Sandy soil does not asorb any water because it has big holes from which the water can pass through easily.
Cleyey/clay soil: Cleyey/clay soil absorbed the most water as there is a little bit of water in the glass because clayey/clay soil has small, fine particles from which the water cannot pass through.
Loamy/loam soil: Loamy/loam soil absorbs half of water as there is not much water in the beaker because it has medium sized particles.
This is the clear explination.
