Lakers National Anthem Experience!!

I had the honor of performing the National Anthem at the Los Angeles Lakers' Hoops for Troops game!! The Lakers REALLY treated me amazing and I had an amazing time!!! VIP access to Staples Center....a GIANT green room all to myself.....free food and drinks at the San Manuel Club restaurant....COURTSIDE seats at the game......VIP treatment from staff the entire time!! Such an exciting and thrilling experience to be able to perform for LA's premiere basketball team and current NBA Champion LA Lakers!!

Hello Mr. McKenzie, I love how you documented your experience singing the national anthem at a Lakers game. I have a friend who is a Vocalist for the national guard who is based in LA I'm wondering what the process is to potentially sing the national anthem. Is there an application process or is there someone you need to send an audition tape to? Anything you may know would be valuable information if you are able to share.
