- I recently bought a Mystery Box from Padawan Outpost and decided to record my first un-boxing video!
This Lightsaber is awesome but dont let me tell you too much, click the video and check it out for yourself!

Sheesh didn’t think these things were real. My package is in limbo with them….did you have any experience with their customer service?
I didn't have any issues so didn't contact customer service but I did tag them on insta when I received it and made this unboxing and had friendly replies
Did you get base lit or xenopixel? Is it very loud?
Base lit mystery box and unfortunately didn't get blessed with the Neo but I'm very happy with it. And yes it's very loud lol. You can change the volume via an app though so it's all good
Your lucky my box came in an S shape. their Packaging leaves a lot to be desired.
They are really good with their customers so hopefully they can correct that for you asap! Enjoy it once it arrives not in pieces!
Igot the kylo ren saber and it broke as soon as i got it out of the box. no seriously it keeps saying font not found or something like that
I would contact Padawan Outpost buddy I'm sure they'd help!
@@TheRamblingDad i did but all they said was to take out the sd card etc which i don't trust myself with lol
