2. indoor ko theek se rakho, scratches na rakho
3. indoor ko door se door lagao
4. electronic se door lgwao indoor ko
5. ground se 7 ft upar, roof se bhi niche
6. wire mein joints acche se hon
7. hole k liye circular drill use
8. slanting height mein hole
9. outdoor mein bhi space hona chahiye, rubber pad lgwayen niche
10. pipe mein u shape honi chahiye
11. pipe mein zor zabardasti na karen
12. leakage check kr len
13. leakage check karen indoor mein paani daal k

Don't open the packaging
Indoor will be installed first
Check Contents in the BOX
Ac ko dhyan se rakhe' scratch of avoid krne k liye
Heat source k pas ac na lagaye
Door k saamne na lagaye
Indoor TV k upar na lagae
Height of Indoor 7ft-8ft
1 ft gap around all sides
Wire Joints should be taped to avoid water dripping
Circled drill should be there
Hole bahar ki trf jhuka hona chahiye
1ft gap behind outdoor and chaaro trf 1.5 2 ft gap.
Rubber pad use kare Outdoor k niche
aesi jagah outdoor lagae jaha asaani se thik ho sake
Copper wire U shape m bahar jana chahiye
Agar pipe extra bache to as it is use kare
Test water ouput in the end to check if all the water is getting out
Check if Ac is using proper Amperes.

Great video. Should also include the step of vacuuming the lines before releasing the refrigerant from the ODU. We should also check that both IDU and ODU are levelheaded. This is make sure there is no issue of water accumulation in the wrong places.

Good info and thorough explanation. But the idea of securing the extra copper pipes in a round shape doesn't make sense, the gas will travel that much extra distance without any added benefits, moreover, this may lead to HEAT LOSS, thereby reducing efficiency. I think the pipe required is to be the exact distance between the IU and OU. Balance can be cut and taken by the installer

Hello Sir , My Copper Wire Sweating A lot . I recently shifted my AC from roof to balcony . Both Copper Pipes insulated together with one Form and taped well but total Pipe is seating alot. request you to suggest the solution.

Sirji, if outdoor unit I keep at ground level outside wall and indoor is at wall as you mentioned 7 feet above.... Does it affect compresor functionality?? Many people says keep outdoor unit at level of indoor unit or above it....
You can keep outdoor anywhere you want... It will work perfectly fine
