Hi. Just tried yesterday the action 4 with the pgytech neck in all modes(rock steady,etc...) without the harness. The images come almost the same, quite well stabilised apart of slight up and down movements. Tried even ninja walking for these up-down movements, but unfortunately, it doesn't help like in the moments you'll use it with the handle. As it shows in your videos this is definitely not for running. is quite good for walking, sitting on boats, surfing, etc., where our body doesn't move much like when we run. Horizon balancing will keep the horizon at a level which is a plus in some situations.
I don;t think it has anything to do with that. It's the swaying left to right.. Looks like most action cams can't deal with that. Needs a 4th axis to deal with it. Mounted on bikes / helmets etc it's fine. Going to experiment with no stabilisation and running it though GyroFlow.

I just purchased the Osmo action 3 😜 Rock Steady + or horizon lock doesn't work?
