I don't see the problem with Romain's play with A's. It's pretty standard to posture a little bit in efforts to disguise your hand and possibly get another caller. Perhaps he could've acted slightly quicker but it's definitely not a slow roll whatsoever.
I agree. He was mad because Romain tried to suck him in. Now if Romain had done that with him Mr. Wu than it would of been a slow roll. Felt bad for Romain getting shit on my one of the owners of the Triton casino lol. Someone’s not getting invited
Randy is pretty good commentator- he knows when to talk and when not to talk- he is pretty good player and understands the game . You can learn a lot from him- he is not like other commentators that are jokers and talk bullshit all the time .
Ben Bishop look when a whale (bad player with lots of money) speaks and hes horribly wrong you just let him be wrong dont try and teach him or anything like that. more money to be made
Yeah, I agree and at first I thought it was a bit silly, but then I thought if he looks nervous and sketchy when he has it, and other players notice. Then he can run a big bluff later and not worry about looking nervous and sketchy.
He went way too far with it Haha. Starts coughing when he gets looked down, swallowing 100 times a second. Wasn't doing any of it for the first 2 minutes.
Hilarious when Rob Yong tells Bellande "who says you were invited?" in reference to another high stakes game he was organizing. Clearly Bellande is just an underling and probably a debtor to these kingpins
Perhaps also payback for JRB telling Yong in the previous episode that Yong was lucky JRB was short stacked in a set over set hand against Yong. Imagine telling a guy you just beat that he was "lucky."
Rob Yong way out of line ...... Romain just trying to get more money in there. He didnt think rob would be so stupid to over call with fuckk all.... But you tried with sixes I guess
I thought the same. Both him and JRB are in the pot with potentially strong hands, both could be as strong as JJ or QQ and JRB might have AK given the action too. He's trying to sneak calls out of those kinds of hands too, and rightly so.
He is out of line, but seeing as how is a generally a fish in these games you dont want to call him out too much, He seemed to be in a pissier than usual mood though,
what a prick he is. Since when also is pocket aces a garanteed win, sometimes you feel good about them, sometimes you feel they are not gonna hold up? What a prick he is. That was such a bad attitude just to make him feel bad after this nice pot he won.
Yeah, that wasnt a slowroll lol, 2 people left to act in the hand. And then he uses 5 minutes to fold himself with the KQ, like the few seconds he used was that bad lol

18:15: Yong to Robl "Let's see how many cash games you get into if you lose your albatross." (referring to JRB) LOL I guess Robl doesn't get invited to many big private cash games because he's very tight and Doesn't give much action so he could be staking JRB in order to get invited to more private cash games because ppl want JRB at their games since JRB doesn't necessarily play that good and JRB hosts some VIP cash games.

Not agreeing with Yong here WHATSOEVER though. Two behind Romain with AA calling a reraised pre-flop pot; I see this as him trying to maximize profit. Slow roll would be if it was just heads up with him and Wu or if all players called their stacks off and he’s last to act. Yong is incorrect here in my book and the fact that he’s trying to posture on Romain because he realized that he was trying to rope him into the pot, as well, in case he picked up QQ by some miracle is no reason to call him unprofessional.
Giancarlo Chavez I‘m pretty sure Rob knows he’s full of it here and just wants to intimidate the table a bit. Snap shoving Hellmuth style here is basically showing your hand (KK+) and costing you in the long run, even if it’s "just" a couple of grands... It also shows the whales that he’s one of the "good guys" (which he obviously isn’t).
If I got coolered KK vs AA for a massive pot then proceeded to get absolutely no action with Aces the next hand, I'd get up and take a 15-20 minute break if not just call it a session, must be infuriating.
It's interesting that the table is making fun of JRB in this episode. It's almost as if they anticipate (see Episode #5) that JRB's skills are a smidge lacking. In fact, at 11:30 Rob Yong and Tom Dwan both can be heard saying that if JRB wins, everybody wins (because money in JRB's stack is soon to be shipping elsewhere on the table). A few moments later, even Robl seems to agree!
the volume of randy vs the table talk is way too dissimilar. if the volume is loud enough to hear the table talk, whenever randy speaks its wayy to loud.
Rob is so wrong about the AA vs KK slowroll. Romain is playing for profit it is totally reasonable for him to take his time to get worse hands in the pot for more value. Ridiculous to accuse him of slow rolling
