    I was asked "what's a dns? Tell me everything you know." "What's AD/OU how does it work and why does it matter?" "Tell me about a failed project where you were the main reason of the failure." "Tell me about a project that you didn't know anything about and was assigned it anyway, what did you do?" Got the job offer in the same interview.

    Have to agree with some other comments here these are helpdesk at best, you should be covering more dense subjects for a systems admin role

    I feel like this is more of what to say in a Senior Helpdesk role rather than System Administration.

      Thank you for your comment Jay! What questions do you think a System Administration test would have? Thank you very much for your feedback! Greatly appreciate it!

      @@OnlineTrainingforEveryone That's not an easy question to answer, but perhaps involving more things in regards to virtualization (ESXI, Hyper-V etc), Firewalls, Load balancing, Exchange / O365 Administration, Azure, AWS. I mean System Administration is such a broad scope really. It's definitely not easy to make a video on this, and for what its worth I think your video is informative and I did learn a thing or two.

    use a gpo to create a local admin account.

      @OnlineTrainingforEveryone  3 года назад

      You're correct - it can be done with the following steps:
      How to create local accounts via Group Policy
      Open Group Policy Management.
      Create a new Group Policy Object called “Local Users Login Account” and link it to the appropriate OU.
      Open up the newly created GPO called “Local Users Login Account”.
      Under the User Configuration Node, Select Preferences, Control Panel Settings, Local Users and Groups.

    Wut? You don't need Admin User to get access to your account, just change the password via cmd!😅
