If I didn't download the game from the Epic Game store will I still receive the skin?

Got it on my alt accounts but not my main account i use on xbox, and I played that account on the galaxy phone I have the same time I played my alt accounts. Idk whats going on and why I don't have it on my main

pretty sure you just missed it, deadline was 16th august, did you ever play on mobile with your main acc?

@motafu1 yes and I played before the 16th on it too, played all of my accounts on the same day so they all could qualify that's why I'm confused that the other accounts got it but not my main
