The irony is that as I am watching this I am folding clothes, putting those that I have to let go of into bags, and keeping those that I do still wear. Trying to motivate myself to make space in my wardrobe so I can buy myself new clothes. Since becoming a mother, all I do is buy for my kids and my household. Rarely for myself unless there is real need. But I have, like you, promised to take better care of myself and that starts with making space for new things!! Nice things too. Almost feels like I am on this journey with you!!
Im with you on this journey for sure. It often happens that we think of others before ourselves all the time but I am soo happy to hear that you are also making a personal decision to fill your cup and take better care of yourself, We got this mama!!!

hahah big smile but I can't say the same for my bank haha. Something about getting attached to clothes esp ones that remind us of certain events/times in our lives. ah I still have the dress I wore during my graduation like almost 15 years ago. haha even one that I wore for my first club in Nairobi haha.. I need help lol
