I can't tune very well so, I tend to download the highest I can find on the leaderboard. I try not to use these in lobbies though, because I feel leaderboard cars are for leaderboards, not lobbies, so they can create an unfair advantage. Fortunately the guys in my club can tune brilliantly, so I get their setups sometimes :)
Please note: I used A class as an example and will not be doing every class. This video will explain how to determine what to run where along with determining style of tracks so you can figure out what to run in any class anywhere on your own.
+Raceboy77 So, I take it that every change in car class will be about a 1.0 difference from said examples? For example, you said that 5.6-6.0 would be good for COTA A-class; would you run 4.6-5.0 for B class then? I'm a numbers guy.

No, not necessarily. Sometimes it depends on cars but it's normally something like .5/.8
