Man, having a 140-point game without going to OT speaks too much of the firepower this Warriors has. Kudos also to OKC for having such a tremendous offensive outbursts.

This Warriors team looks special this year. Really special. They're so deep with rock solid talent, even if their older guys have taken a small step back (except Steph). You can see it at end of games when Kerr subs between their offensive and defensive lineups. All 5 guys on the floor are highly capable for each lineup.
Yeah they are good but OKC without shai shouldn't be able to bring them to their limits. Actual contenders should be able to easily beat the warriors. I think the celtics, nuggets, and bucks should really expose some of their weaknesses.
@@r9dog949 I see the Nuggets exposing my Warriors. The Celtics are too dumb to beat GS and we already saw that in the 2022 Finals when Tatum and Brown kept turning the ball over against our defense. Honestly a really impressive win for the Warriors, even though they ain't have SGA they were shooting the lights out all game, they literally shot 60% from the field for the game which is insane. The Warriors showed crazy resilience to come out of this one on top
The last layup by Curry is so extremely difficultttt. I think it is even more difficult than just take a stepback 3, because he start the jump almost from freethrow line! It is crazy he can bank it in. What a great hand with the soft touch in the clutch! Legendary!!
OKC shot lights out with 60% FG and 50% from 3pt range. On any other night, this shooting percentage and 130 points would have been a blowout. This goes to show what a juggernaut the Warriors are this year.
If you look closely, you can see the difference in the 2 teams. OKC's bench is young with loads of potential, but most of them are all seated throughout crunch time. And then look at the Warriors bench. Most of them are vets. They know the importance of winning a close game like this one. Not even for the random tournament thing, but just in general, the importance of squeaking out close, gritty games to get to where they want to go later in the year. for anyone curious its not goaltend because the rule specifically states that the ball should either be sitting on the rim or is rolling around the rim when the touch happen, and its clear from the replay that draymond touched the rim while the ball bounced up hence is not in contact with the ring
"In order for contact with the rim to constitute offensive basket interference when the ball is not in the net, it must (a) occur while the ball is sitting or rolling on the rim and using the rim as its lower base, (b) cause the ball to take an unnatural bounce, or (c) move the rim off-center. None of those conditions were satisfied on this play, so there was no basket interference."
Refs made the right call. The steph curry game winner counted because josh Giddey grabbed/pulled the net before draymond hit the rim. It was ruled that even tho Dray touched the rim it had no interference with the ball; the ball was falling in before he hit the rim.
