Yeah he doesn’t actually have ultimate authority because anything can come down to a shareholder vote (I’m assuming Banks is in the role of a director?), in which the controlling shareholder(s) decide how the company will proceed. I just hate how he always acts like a victim when it was their decision to turn themselves into a corporation and go public.
