Join "Pixel Dan" Eardley as he takes a look at an upcoming new figure from the Masters of the Universe Classics toy line from Mattel!
Next up, Pixel Dan takes a look at the first Galactic Protector in the Classics line! Icarius, the man more commonly known as "Flipshot" is the second 'New Adventures of He-Man' representation in this new line!
Are you sure this guy's name isn't really Ace McCloud? He certainly resembles my old blue Centurions figure from the 80's, especially as his equiptment is now removable. POWER EXTREME!!

Icarius/Filpshot is unknown to me, and I'm an avid 80's kid thru and thru! Too bad the '02-'03 He-man series didn't revive his character! He does look kinda cool!
Will this guy fit in the Wind Raider w/ or w/o the Jetpack?
Yes. He does fit in the Wind Raider, but you will have to remove the Jetpack.

Anybody notice that this character isn't on Matty collector as of this writting? IS this due to the Flipshot name owned by nerf????
Can the jetpack be put upside down? If it could I would like to see how it would look like with the jetpack upside down.

@tguy12345 oh sry about tht, i forgot to mention that some of us cant buy even the two packs becuase my toys R us does not stock them (i live in the UK)! meaning you have to resourt to buying them on the secondery market for like $50 a pop

Damn, it's hard to watch these He-Man Classics vids, because i'm not a Matty collectors subscriber & have no access to these guys, I wish they'd launch a line of these in stores already, regardless of what everyone thinks. I really want access to some of these figures, not all of them, but man He-Man, Man-at-Arms, Skeletor etc. would be great too have, I have to get the Lion-O 3 & 3/4 inch figure from Thundercats, that's too sick, c'mon Mattel give a lot of people out there what we want

They didn't update the figure's look, they just did what they usually do: they recycled an old sculpt with the only exception of a couple of bits.

Real cool looking figure. Lot going on with it. But for me the jet pack just looks upside down. Might have been better the other way

Don't you pronounce his name ick-a-ris instead of eh-car-ri-us. Other than that, looks a pretty solid figure all round
Seems strange that the figure is packed with the rockey launcher thingie on his left arm when he is always displayed with it on his right arm out of the package in photos and at conventions...

His name should be pronounced Ick-a-ris, just like the character from Greek Mythology.

Dude, not sure you are pronouncing his name correctly. I think it is pronounced like the Greek myth.
Why must we call him Flip Shot? Icarius is one of the only decent names in MoTU, the toy line that hands down was the worst at naming figures? I mean, Gobots have horrible names but I can at least remember them.
